*Triaging appointment requests - all of our receptionists have now been trained to triage telephone appointments and will ask questions relating to your health concerns to ascertain which member of the clinical team you are best placed to be seen by. Triaging enables the GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Nurses to work more effectively and efficiently, as always we appreciate your cooperation with these changes**

Portable hearing induction loop - Please let a member of our reception team know if you require the hearing induction loop in your consultation or require assistance using the system.
Prescriptions - Please allow 48hours for your prescription to be processed.
Named GP As part of our current GP Practice Contract it is now a requirement for all patients to be nominated a named accountable GP. However there is no condition for patients to see their named GP when booking an appointment and you may still see the doctor of your choice.
