Joanna Head – Trained Chaperone

I love my job, I love to help people when I can. My favourite thing to do outside of work is spend time with my gorgeous niece and nephews, making indoor camps, doing yoga with them and running around chasing bubbles in the garden. Doughnuts, Matt Damon and custard creams are my weakness and I enjoy a good old duvet day watching back to back episodes of Friends. I can’t run to save my life. I love to attempt playing tennis, only in the summer time, and even though I’m awful at it. I’m a terrible driver and I don’t see the point in the reverse gear on my car…backwards is not an option forwards is hard enough! My family are the best people on the planet and I love them dearly.

Gill Cornwall – Trained Chaperone

Enjoys cooking and gardening.

Liz Seed

I started work at Herstmonceux Health Centre in 2008. I have grown up in the area and still live locally. I have been married for 35 years and have two grown up children. We have recently been blessed with a beautiful granddaughter.
I have four Labradors which keep me fit. I enjoy country sports and being out with the dogs, whatever the weather.
I take care of our garden and we grow our own on a small veg patch.
Splitting my time between the family, the dogs, working and gardening there is not much time for anything else.

Sarah Tapsell – Trained Chaperone

I started working at Herstmonceux in 2017. I enjoy going for walks with my dog. Finding new places to go for coffee/tea and cake and spending time with family and friends.

Sara Brown – Trained Chaperone

I started work at Herstmonceux in 2014 . It is a fantastic place to work . I enjoy gardening – although I only have a balcony but I think it’s Kew Gardens. I love walking and reading mostly Barbara Erskine books. I enjoy watching Man United football team . I have a mix of music that I listen to and really enjoy belonging to Rockchoir Hastings which I would thoroughly recommend.

Tracy Ensell – Trained Chaperone

My interests are country walks with my daughter and her little dogs, seafront cycles and going to the theatre/cinema and dining out with friends.
I have 2 children, all grown now but my 26 year old son still lives at home, can’t quite push him out of the nest not for the want of trying! Lol

Kirsty Kane – Trained Chaperone

I joined the surgery in 2020, well what can I say it has been the best decision I have made in a long time. My colleagues and the patients have been so welcoming and encouraging. When I am not at work I enjoy being outdoors and going for walks along the beach; I am always hoping to get a tan, but I never do. I am a big football fan and support the mighty Spurs. I have a massive fear of spiders and usually need saving from them.

Rebecca Simmons – Trained Chaperone

I am happiest when swimming in the sea including throughout the winter, I enjoy pretending I can garden, dragging family and friends around art galleries or to a ballet and embarking on a travelling adventure.

Dom Harding

I joined the surgery in 2020 as the Digital Media Support Officer. I enjoy playing video games, livestreaming and editing videos for social media like YouTube and Instagram. I also like playing basketball and airsoft!
