A service for people aged 14-25 year olds that offers friendly advice and support about emotional wellbeing, employment, education and housing. i-Rock offers the chance to talk, in confidence about any problems an individual may have, no matter how big or small.

Eastbourne service is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am-6pm.
