We offer appointment reminders via text message – please ensure we have your mobile number so that you can receive your reminder.  If you cancel your appointment, you will unfortunately still receive a reminder but please ignore this.   If you wish to cancel your appointment using the SMS* option please reply to the message using only the word  CANCEL

We also use SMS & email to send campaign messages, for example upcoming Flu clinics, and to contact you regarding your healthcare.
