Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, Group Exercise Instructor: Circuits and Boot camp, Boxercise and Kick boxercise Instructor, Functional Resistance Trainer.

 

 

 

 

Exercise aimed at all ages, from 14 year old to 60’s and 70’s, and paced to suit all abilities.

Different sessions each week, and although the first few will leave you with sore muscles you never knew you had – carrying on brings superb mental and physical benefits.

Class times: Friday 6.30 pm, summer time outside at the Recreation Ground, winter time at Herstmonceux Integrative Health Centre
