Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Why join our PPG?

Our practice vision is a world where people have the tools to heal and maintain their wellbeing,  where communities are connected, self-supporting and people are empowered to live sustainably for the benefit of all. The strength of our surgery comes from our patients who enable us to work in a holistic and preventative way. It is really important that we hear from all sectors of our community and we would like you to add your voice to our patient group so that we can continue to offer what our community needs. We are actively trying to increase the diversity of our Patient Participation Group.

Meetings are usually held every 6-8 weeks at our Health Centre or virtually if unable to attend the meetings.
