Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Why join our PPG?

It is really important that we hear from all sectors of our community and we would like you to add your voice to our Patient Participation Group. We are actively trying to increase the diversity of our PPG.

What do we do?

· Work with the surgery to help them improve their service further

· Seek feedback from patients about the surgery

· Support the surgery to communicate with patients about services

· Link with other PPGs to improve services across the local area

Meetings are usually held at the Health Centre every 6 – 8 weeks, or virtually if you are unable to attend meetings.
